Insurance Policy Data Correction

Policy schedules inherit errors: stated areas, construction details, protection features and exposure assumptions that no longer describe the building. This pack documents the corrections so your broker can put them to the insurer.

What you receive

The correction pack

Verified property data

Areas, volumes and construction recorded from the measured building, not the last schedule.

Protection evidence

Sprinklers, separation, alarms and access control documented as installed.

Broker submission

Corrections framed for underwriting review, with the evidence attached.

When to use it

Use it when the schedule reads like another building

Extensions, subdivisions, part-vacancy and refurbishment all leave schedules behind. Cautious assumptions cost premium; missing detail costs at claim time. Both are correctable with evidence.

Read the schedule against the building

Send the policy schedule. We flag the entries worth correcting and what each is likely doing to the premium.
