A survey scoped around the job
Tell us what the information needs to support: a refurbishment, lease, cost review or building record. We agree the coverage, measurement basis, required accuracy and output formats before the survey.
Preparing the visit
We discuss access, working hours and any safeguarding or operational restrictions. Areas that cannot be captured are recorded as omissions, so the finished drawing does not imply information we could not obtain.
From scan to drawings
The captured data is registered and checked before plans, sections and schedules are produced. Depending on the brief, outputs can include DWG drawings, PDFs, point clouds and information prepared for modelling.
