An education estate may contain buildings of very different ages and uses: classrooms, laboratories, halls, kitchens, modular units and outdoor areas.

A record by building and use

We separate the accommodation and record the geometry needed for the agreed review. Age, construction, condition and any relief position require supporting evidence as well as a survey.

Work around the school day

Access and safeguarding requirements are agreed before a visit. Findings can be organised by site for estate teams, bursars and governors. Large roofs and shared drainage areas may justify a separate water review.
