We look at the measurement and treatment appropriate to the property. Shop depth and zoning may be relevant to a retail unit; other hospitality premises can require a different valuation approach.

After a change

Refits, extensions and new occupation arrangements are useful prompts to check the records. Roofs, yards and terraces may also warrant a surface water review.
