Request a survey visit and give our specialists the measured data they need to review your rates, drainage or insurance position properly. The visit typically takes around fifteen minutes and captures a detailed digital record of the property.
Why this costs you nothing to find out.
Some properties are surveyed straight away, free of charge, before you sign anything. Others go through a quick sign-up first. Here’s why — and why neither route carries any financial risk to you.
If your property qualifies for an upfront survey.
The survey helps us determine whether you have a case. If there is nothing worth challenging, we will tell you in writing and provide a report explaining why we do not believe it is worth progressing. If there is, the same data becomes your evidence. Either way, you walk away with a clear answer and no commitment.
If your property needs a signed agreement first.
For properties that don’t qualify for an upfront survey, we work on a no reduction, no fee basis. You sign up first so we can get started — and we only ever invoice you if we successfully reduce your rateable value. If we don’t win a reduction, you pay nothing.
Either way.
You only pay if we deliver a result. The only difference is the order: some properties are substantial enough that we survey first and let you decide afterwards; others go through sign-up so we can begin straight away, backed by the same no-win, no-fee promise.

A Portrait surveyor walks the premises with the scanner. No disruption, no closures, nothing moved.
LiDAR records floor areas, heights and layout to RICS measurement practice as the walk happens.
The scan is processed and checked against your rates, drainage and insurance records. You get the findings in writing.
