My Account gives instructed customers a place to follow their properties, case progress, documents and conversations. The record is shared with the Portrait team, so the next step is easier to find.
Follow the onboarding checklist and complete the items that need your input, including providing a current rates bill and the requested property evidence.
Find premises under the business responsible for them. Follow the relevant rating list and case stage without mixing an older outcome with current work.
Find the available files and correspondence, see what has been received and send a question to the team.
The overview brings together property counts, combined rateable value and cases in progress. The property register offers a progress view, a portfolio table and CSV download. Access reflects the businesses and properties linked to your account.
The cases view groups work by property and shows the recorded stage and dates. Business rates case information draws on the valuation case register where available. Confirmed savings and work still in progress are shown separately.
Insights provides the available valuation comparison, an estimated outlook and an annual engagement report. Estimates are labelled, with assumptions and missing coverage visible. Your billing authority’s notice remains the record of the charge.
Upload a bill, lease, plan or photograph to the appropriate property. Find the customer documents and survey outputs available for your instruction; directly held files can be downloaded and other records can be requested. Landscape supports the measured building record behind Portrait’s survey work.
Use the account’s help conversations to ask a question and return to the reply. Documents and messages stay associated with your instructed account, with access controlled by your assigned role.
My Account supports work you have instructed Portrait to carry out. The planned free monitoring service is a separate way to follow property information before an instruction. Registering monitoring interest does not create a customer account or service contract.
