Our fast-growing business is currently hiring full-time, part-time and consultant rating surveyors to join a highly successful and expanding team, with a fantastic reputation within the industry. Business Rates is Portrait’s largest department and the successful candidate must have a minimum of two years rating experience working for either the Valuation Office or a competitor. You will be confident working independently and reporting into our London HQ.

Salary: £30,000 basic salary – £80,000 OTE
Your targets will be based on a minimum number of new instructions secured each month through outbound cold-calling, email marketing etc. Support and ongoing training from our sales director, chartered surveyors and administration staff will be provided. You will be expected to manage a small team on top of your own sales pipeline and have strong communication and I.T. skills.

Salary: £20,000 basic salary – £50,000 OTE
Your targets will be based on a minimum number of new instructions secured each month through outbound cold-calling, email marketing etc. Support and ongoing training from our sales team, sales director, chartered surveyors and administration staff will be provided. You will be expected to manage your own sales pipeline, data, prospects and meeting schedule and you will also have strong communication and I.T. skills.

You will be motivated to achieve the best possible results for our existing clients. Most cases will be enquiries from our existing rating and lease advisory clients. You will be expected to manage between 10-50 live cases, have strong communication skills and provide detailed interim and final reports to both clients and your line manager.

You will be motivated to achieve the best possible results for our clients and you will be targeted to cross-sell related services including rating, lease advisory and utilities. Support from our experienced RICS chartered surveyors and administration staff will be provided. You will be expected to manage between 50-100 lettings alongside any acquisitions and disposals work, have strong communication skills and provide detailed interim and final reports to both clients and your line manager
