This form is to support the onboarding of properties & businesses who fall part of the partnership programme only. Submissions will be picked up by a Project Coordinator within 48 hours. Responses and assessments will be progressed as per the below structure:

Preliminary Assessment (Occupier): Assessment documents will be emailed to the business owner directly (providing a contact name and email are provided).

Preliminary Assessment (Partner): Assessment documents will be emailed back to the partner.

Onboard: The business owner will be contacted to be engage directly.

Call Back: The business owner will be contacted by phone by your Project Coordinator (providing a contact name and number have been provided).

Introductory Email: The business owner will be contacted by email by your Project Coordinator (providing a name and email have been provided).

Please make sure you include your partner name (whether induvial or organisation) to ensure the correct project coordinator is allocated to your case. All referrals will appear in your partner portal when the business has engaged commercially.
